The Home Shaver, is an ironic home shaving mechanism, used to deteriorate excess decorative elements of interior domestic spaces such as wallpaper, carpet and window treatments. The Home Shaver is a product of Stacy’s Store that upends the status of the shaving razor and domestic vacuum; blurring the lines between gendered shaving and household maintenance chores.
Performance occurred at Agnes Varis Art Center at UrbanGlass on October 25th 2019 and featured Maxwell Runko and sound collaboration with Noah LeBien
